Professor Ken Doyle's new book asks, "Who Will Take Care of Grandma?"
The book, titled "To Tax or to Ration: Medicare, Medicaid, and Our Long-Term Healthcare Crisis," is a non-partisan analysis of the growing problem with funding long-term healthcare for seniors and the healthcare reform debate.
