Tsan-Kuo Chang
Tsan-Kuo Chang began his career as a reporter at the United Daily News in Taiwan. He later worked as a freelance writer and an editorial writer for several newspapers in Hong Kong when he was a visiting scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1993-1994. Then in 1996, he was a senior fellow at the School of Communication Studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
